Within the Puzzle Dashboard page, “Spotlight” is a view of the financial statements that allows a user to focus on the most important activity in the Cash Activity Report.
When you click select the Spotlight option, there will be a dropdown for selecting what dollar and percentage changes you want to review.
The questions Spotlight answers:
How much money did the company generate (or burn) for the selected period?
What spending groups made up more than 10% of total spending?
What were the most significant changes? You can select the dollar and percentage thresholds.
What vendors were new compared to the previous period?
